hi, i’m liz!
Your fitness coach! I am passionate about helping people to move better, and to exercise and use their body in a way that feels fun, varied, and safe! I believe that we can achieve health and wellbeing when we add balance to our fast-paced lives. So my aim is to educate people as much as possible on how to move well, think well and live well.
As a coach from age 13, and a Sport Science graduate (2003), my own experience includes: being a competitive athlete in CrossFit in South Africa from 2013-2017; helping with international rugby team massage support (including the All Blacks, Reds, Leinster, Argentina, Sunwolves); massage and training support on Cycle and Fitness Tours in South Africa, Croatia, and Scotland; Massage therapy at Light Centre, London, and at private companies; personal training and CrossFit trainer at private gyms; home and park training / yoga sessions.
