What to expect
Initial Consultation
We start with a free 20-minute call to discuss your goals, health history, and what you want to achieve. No sales pitch - just an honest conversation about whether we are a good fit.
Movement Assessment
In your first session, I conduct a full movement and postural assessment to understand how your body moves and identify any areas that need attention.
Your Tailored Programme
Based on your assessment, I create a programme specifically for you - whether that is weight loss, building strength, improving posture, or training for a specific goal.
Regular Sessions
We train together 1-3 times per week depending on your goals and schedule. Each session builds on the last, progressively challenging you as you get stronger.
