Training for every stage

Prenatal

Prepare your body for birth with safe, effective exercise. Maintain strength and fitness, manage pregnancy symptoms, and build confidence for labour.

Early Postnatal (0-12 weeks)

Gentle recovery-focused sessions. Reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor, addressing any birth-related issues, and starting to rebuild strength safely.

Postnatal (3+ months)

Progressive training as your body heals. Building strength, improving fitness, and working towards your pre-baby activity levels - or beyond.

Returning Later

Whether it is 1 year or 10 years since having children, it is never too late. Many clients come to me years after having babies to finally address lingering issues.
